Hi, my name is Renee & thank you for responding to this roommate listing. This is a one-story central beach house that roommates share inside the Vero Beach city limits just off A-1-A, one block from the beach. Presently there are 2 adults, age range from 35ish to 50ish, both male & female, with no children. A well-behaved pet would be considered. The room that is available is actually 2 rooms plus a private bath, all located towards the front of the house. The largest room is approx 16 x 14 and is furnished with a queen bed, headboard, triple dresser with a mirror, 2 nightstands, 2 matching lamps, & wall unit with a color tv. The other room is approx 12 x 10 and is furnished with a futon, compact refrigerator, lamp, chest of drawers, computer desk & wall mounted 32 tv. The furniture can be switched or moved into the garage if you have your own. Both rooms have key-lock doors, wall-to-wall carpet, ceiling fans w/lights & closets with bi-fold doors. The bathroom is tile & has a shower/tub combination enclosed with sliding glass doors. All the utilities are included: electric, central air conditioning/heat, city water (it tastes good & does not stink), tv cable, local phone (for long distance calls you would use a phone card) & trash collection. We share the fully equipped kitchen (has a glass cook-top, microware, large refrigerator w/icemaker & small appliances), living room (has 42 large tv & nice furniture) & the laundry (washer & dryer). There is plenty of cabinet room in the kitchen for your food storage. In consideration of each other, there is no smoking in the house & no one abuses alcohol or uses illegal drugs. We clean-up after ourselves in the kitchen (there is no built-in maid) & pitch-in keeping the common rooms tidy & stocked with dishwashing liquid, paper towels, trash bags, etc. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway & 2 in front of the house. An occasional overnight guest can park behind your car. There is a $200. cleaning/damage fee when you move in that will be returned to you when you leave if the rooms are in the same condition as when you moved in. The thermostat setting is not set to any extreme, neither too hot nor too cold & this is usually agreed upon by all of us. We all enjoy normal conversation, TV or music sound levels and this is not a party house therefore it is very pleasant living. Please contact me anytime with questions at e-mail:
